Trading involves risk. Understand it before you trade.

Last updated: 4 September 2026
Beat Your Broker 1:1 Trading Academy operated by Vendetta Corp. Ltd
Company Registration No. HE418169 • Limassol, Cyprus
warning TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), indices, commodities, equities and other leveraged or speculative products, involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the capital committed. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Article 01

Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure explains the principal risks associated with trading and investing in financial markets and with using educational information provided by Beat Your Broker 1:1 Trading Academy.

It is intended to help you understand that financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably and that trading can result in substantial financial loss.

This disclosure should be read together with the Academy's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Article 02

Educational Information Only

Beat Your Broker 1:1 Trading Academy provides educational content, training, mentorship and general market information designed to help participants develop their knowledge and understanding of financial markets and trading.

Educational materials may discuss trading concepts, market structure, technical analysis, fundamental factors, risk management, trading psychology, broker models and other market-related subjects.

Educational information is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It does not remove the risks inherent in trading and should not be treated as a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Article 03

No Investment Advice or Recommendation

Nothing on this website or within the Academy's educational services constitutes investment advice, a personal investment recommendation, financial advice, portfolio management, discretionary management, execution of orders, or an instruction to enter into any transaction.

Any examples, scenarios, market commentary, trade discussions or educational demonstrations are provided to illustrate concepts and should not be understood as recommendations to buy, sell or hold a particular financial instrument.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any trading activity is appropriate for your own circumstances and, where appropriate, obtaining independent professional advice.

Article 04

Market and Trading Risks

Financial markets are inherently uncertain.

Prices may move rapidly as a result of economic data, interest-rate decisions, inflation, geopolitical events, political developments, market sentiment, liquidity conditions, unexpected news and other factors.

No strategy, analysis or methodology can predict market movements with certainty.

Trading may result in losses and, depending on the product, account structure and applicable terms, losses may be substantial.

You should understand the characteristics and risks of any financial instrument before trading it.

Article 05

CFD and Leverage Risks

Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are complex leveraged financial instruments and are not suitable for all investors.

Leverage allows you to control a position larger than the amount of capital committed to the position. While leverage can increase potential returns, it also magnifies potential losses.

Rapid market movements can result in losses occurring quickly. Depending on the product and contractual terms, positions may be closed automatically when margin requirements are no longer satisfied.

You should fully understand leverage, margin, financing costs, spreads, commissions, liquidation or close-out mechanisms and other applicable trading costs before using leveraged products.

Do not trade leveraged products unless you understand how they work and can accept the associated risks.

Article 06

Risk of Loss

You may lose some or all of the money you use for trading.

Losses can occur even when you have conducted research, followed a trading strategy or received educational guidance.

No educational programme can eliminate market risk.

Never commit capital that you cannot afford to lose and consider carefully whether trading is appropriate for your financial circumstances, knowledge, experience and risk tolerance.

Article 07

Trading Decisions and Responsibility

All trading decisions are made at your own risk and responsibility.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to enter, modify or close a trade, how much capital to commit, what level of leverage to use and what level of risk you are prepared to accept.

Mentorship, educational discussion or feedback does not transfer responsibility for your trading decisions to Beat Your Broker, its directors, employees, mentors, contractors or affiliates.

Article 08

Past Performance and Hypothetical Results

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Any historical trading results, examples, case studies, testimonials, hypothetical scenarios, simulations or educational demonstrations may not reflect actual future performance.

Hypothetical or simulated results are subject to limitations and may differ materially from results achieved in actual trading because real-world trading involves factors such as execution, liquidity, slippage, spreads, commissions, financing costs, market conditions and individual decision-making.

No representation is made that any participant will achieve results similar to any example or historical result.

Article 09

Market Commentary and Third-Party Information

Market commentary, charts, economic information, news, data and other materials made available through the Academy or third-party sources may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or subject to change.

Third-party information is not independently guaranteed by Beat Your Broker to be accurate, complete or current.

You should verify material information before relying on it for any financial decision.

References to brokers, platforms, financial instruments, companies, services or third-party websites are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation unless expressly stated otherwise.

Article 10

Broker, Platform and Counterparty Risk

Your trading activity may expose you to risks associated with the broker, trading platform, liquidity provider, exchange, bank, custodian or other counterparty you use.

These risks may include execution problems, platform outages, liquidity constraints, delays, spread changes, pricing differences, counterparty default, restrictions on withdrawals, operational failures and changes to contractual terms.

Beat Your Broker does not control third-party brokers or trading platforms and is not responsible for their independent operations, policies, pricing, execution or financial condition.

Before depositing funds with a broker or other financial service provider, you should conduct your own due diligence and verify the provider's regulatory status and applicable protections.

Article 11

Technology, Execution and Operational Risk

Electronic trading depends on technology, communications networks, software, hardware and third-party infrastructure.

Technical failures, internet outages, platform interruptions, latency, incorrect data, system errors, cyber incidents or other operational events may affect access to markets or the execution and management of trades.

During periods of high volatility, execution conditions may change rapidly and orders may be executed at prices materially different from expected prices.

You should understand the operational and technology risks associated with the trading platform and broker you use.

Article 12

Strategy Provider Access and Third-Party Copy Trading

Strategy Provider Access is an optional educational access pathway through which Clients may receive general information, educational guidance, and platform guidance relating to third-party strategy providers and supported copy-trading services.

The Company does not accept, hold, pool, or manage Client investment capital and does not exercise discretionary control over Client trading accounts. The Client remains responsible for opening, maintaining, funding, and controlling any personal trading account.

The Company does not guarantee or independently verify the performance, availability, suitability, reliability, or regulatory status of any third-party provider or platform unless expressly stated.

Historical performance, strategy characteristics, risk profiles, provider statistics, examples, or other information concerning third-party strategies are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

The Client makes the final decision whether to review, select, follow, discontinue, or otherwise use any third-party strategy or copy-trading service. The Company does not execute trades, exercise discretionary authority, or make investment decisions on behalf of the Client through Strategy Provider Access.

Third-party copy-trading services involve substantial risk, including the risk of loss of capital.
